Using a drone to take real estate photos of your property or a client property gives you a competitive edge over other realtors by standing out. Forget that boring photo taken from the ground. Enhance them with a  photo taken from the air. Here at FireStar we will take photos up close from the front of the house, from the cardinal directions (front, sides, back) from a more elevated position of about 100 feet, any special features such as a lake or patio, and will include a short video of the exterior of the property. 

Lastly, where permitted by airspace restrictions, we will fly up to the maximum legal height of 400 feet and take a photo. Doing this will allow you to annotate, or add notes, to the picture of local attractions such as schools, shopping centers, parks, and local highways.
